The smallest of the three cottages but not to be dismissed or overlooked. This cottage has a spacious living accomodation surrounded by lovely exposed granite stonework and exposed beams.

Upstairs there is a spacious double bedroom, large enough to accomodate a cot. Downstairs is comfortably furnished with a large sofa which transforms into a double bed providing the cottage with a sleeping capacity of 2. In the lounge there is a DVD player and freeview satellite TV together with a selection of board games and books.

There is also WIFI available

All cottages patio areas share great views of the surrounding countryside and pasture fields and from the front this cottage looks into the quiet and tranquil courtyard.

Modern bathroom; bath with mixer shower tap, wc, hand basin and heated towel rail

All guests share use of the play equipment, playbarn and pool
